  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes! The following insurance is accepted:

    Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare

    You can use the insurance checker here to get your price. Most of my clients pay nothing or very little for each session!

  • What states can you see clients in?

    Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

  • Do you accept in-person visits?

    Not at the moment. All sessions are conducted virtually from the comfort of your own home. It is important to find a safe and quiet space where you will be undisturbed during your call. Please do not join a call from a public space. In the case that you do join a call from a public space (i.e. coffee shop), your provider has the right to cancel the session and you will be charged the no-show fee.

  • Is there a no-show fee?

    Yes, there is a $60 no-show fee that will be charged to your account if you miss an appointment or if cancel the appointment on the same day it is set to occur.

  • How frequently do I need to follow up?

    The follow up protocol is different for each individual. Success rates tend to be higher in individuals who start with weekly follow ups and gradually move towards monthly check ins.
